KIP Interfaces — Development Plan v0.1.45

Status: NOT DEPLOYABLE. No deployment has been approved.

Immediate priority

1. Finish documentation reconciliation and negative-fixture release gate.
2. Implement browser-only migration of external updater from user-observed v0.1.22 to compatible updater v0.1.36 or later.
3. Verify authorization, release lineage, staged ZIP integrity, backup and rollback in staging.
4. Run release tests and obtain explicit approval before building/deploying the final v0.1.45 package.

Longer-term phases

Phase 3: deployment safety and documentation — IN PROGRESS. Phase 4: engineering verification — IN PROGRESS, coverage incomplete. Phase 5: safe GitHub writes — PLANNED; read-only AI API remains the implemented interface. Phase 6: KIP end-to-end workflow — PLANNED. Historical phase statements do not establish acceptance.
