Status: DEVELOPMENT / SEMANTIC REVIEW INCOMPLETE.

Source files and navigation are being reconciled with v0.1.46. Historical v0.1.44 audit remains preserved. Structural checks and generated rendition parity do not establish correctness of every user procedure or live server behavior. The external updater migration is unimplemented. See Documentation-Reconciliation-Report-v0.1.46.md for evidence and remaining issues.
